What Happens Next?

  • You will receive an acknowledgement if you provide an email address.
  • If you submit a complaint, a member of our team will contact you as part of the complaint review and follow-up process.
  • All complaints are reviewed and managed in accordance with Albright Manor’s Complaint Process.
  • Compliments and general feedback are reviewed and shared with the appropriate team to support staff recognition and continuous quality improvement.
