Accommodations

Each of the 30 apartments in this two story building contains a kitchen, living room, bath and one or two bedrooms.  The total floor area of the one bedroom unit is 492 square feet and the two bedroom unit is 675 square feet.  All apartments enjoy either a walk-out patio or balcony. 

Included in the rent:

• electric baseboard heating
• hydro
• stove
• refrigerator
• storage unit
• parking space (if required)

Tenants are responsible for their own telephone, cable, internet and window coverings.

The two story building has interior stairs with no elevator.  There is outside access to the upper and lower floors.

The building is not air conditioned, but window air conditioners can be installed with permission of the Director of Properties. 

Common areas, lounge and laundry facilities are available on each floor.  Members of the Tenants Association organize social and recreational events for the tenants.  In addition, tenants are welcome to use Albright Manor’s facilities which include a beauty salon, barber shop, tuck shop, and programs.
