Application Process

The Edelheim Apartments application process and wait list is managed by Albright Centre.  Applications for tenancy are available at the reception desk at Albright Manor, 5050 Hillside Drive, Beamsville, ON, L0R 1B2 or by printing and completing the application form available on our website.

Upon receipt of the completed application, your name is placed on our waiting list.  All vacant apartments are offered to applicants on a seniority basis.  You may refuse an apartment when one is offered to you, but your name then goes to the bottom of the list.
