With the support of the Albright Foundation, and in partnership with Meaningful Care Matters, we are embracing the internationally recognized Butterfly Model of Care—a person-centered approach that is reshaping how we live, work, and care together. This is more than a project; it is a cultural transformation that places relationships, emotion, and meaningful moments at the heart of everyday life.
Over the coming year, our team will continue working alongside Meaningful Care Matters as we progress toward Butterfly Model Accreditation in December 2026. Together, we are creating home-like environments, nurturing genuine connections, and empowering staff to provide care that is guided by compassion, presence, and understanding.
The Butterfly Model moves beyond routines and tasks. It encourages staff to spend meaningful time with residents, celebrate each person’s unique story, and create moments of joy, comfort, and belonging. Through thoughtful environmental enhancements and a renewed focus on emotional well-being, we are helping ensure that every resident feels seen, valued, respected, and truly at home.
